Delete Your Account

If you can access the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account for the fastest processing.

If you can’t access the app, email support@subhyatrah.com from your registered email with subject “Account Deletion – Subh Yatra.” Include your full name, registered phone number, and any recent trip ID/date.

What happens when you delete

• Your profile and authentication access are removed.
• Trip history and certain records may be retained as required by law (e.g., tax, fraud prevention) and then anonymized.
• This is permanent and cannot be undone.
