Provide and improve the Services: booking, dispatch, live navigation, trip tracking, fares, receipts.
Safety and fraud prevention: verification, misuse detection, security monitoring.

With drivers and riders as needed to fulfill trips.

4. Data Retention
We retain account and trip information for as long as you maintain an account and as required by law (e.g., tax, audit, dispute resolution). When you request deletion, your account is scheduled for deletion and most personal identifiers are removed or anonymized, subject to legal or legitimate business retention needs (e.g., fraud prevention, financial records).
5. Your Rights
Access/Update your profile in the app.
Delete Account: use in-app “Delete Account” (Settings → Account → Delete Account) or the Account Deletion page.
Consent & Permissions: manage location and notification permissions in device settings; some features may not function without them.
6. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards, encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, and logging. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we continuously improve our protections.
7. Children’s Privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under 18. If you believe a minor has provided personal data, contact us to remove it.

Data may be processed in locations where our vendors operate, with protections consistent with this Policy.
